摘要
采用铸轧1050合金坯料生产汽车隔热板用板材,通过对材料化学成分、组织、性能等试验指标分析,确定成品退火制度,并实现批量工业化生产,生产出表面质量好、性能稳定、冲压性能优异的汽车隔热板用1050-O合金板材。
Cast and Rolled 1050 alloy stock are used to produce plates for thermal baffles for automobiles.1050-O alloy plates for thermal baffles for automobiles with good surface quality and stable performance and excellent punching performance can be obtained by analyzing the chemical composition,structure and properties and determining the annealing system.
