Improvement on clutch structure of 40t multi-station transfer press

针对压力机离合器密封环更换时拆卸齿轮、轴承和制动器较困难的情况,在传动轴上放置5个密封环,并将压盖由整体式改成分体式,节省了更换时间,减少了零件拆卸时的损坏。

To counter the difficult situation to dismantle gear, bearing and brake when replacing the sealing ring of press clutch, five sealing rings were installed onto transmission shaft and the gland type was changed from integral to split, so that the time of replacement was saved with less damage to components.
