摘要
针对双列调心球轴承外圈沟道缺少加工机床的问题,对全自动外沟磨床3MZ1420修整器部分进行了改造(该磨床原来被用来加工深沟球轴承外沟),增大了其沟曲率半径的加工范围,从小于20mm扩大到50mm,达到了可以加工调心球轴承外圈沟道的目的。
Due to the absence of the machine tool for processing outer ring groove of double row self-aligning ball bearings, the trimmer of full automatic outer ring grinding machine 3MZ1420A was transformed （the grinding machine was used to process the outer ring groove of deep groove ball bearing originally） to expand the processing range of the groove curvature from 20mm to 50mm, and can process the outer ring groove of self-aligning ball bearings.
