摘要
洛阳新近出土的唐代宰相赵宗儒墓志,详述老臣生平履历,较两《唐书》本传详尽。墓志由其门人、"直臣"郑澣撰文,虽颇严谨,因"夙叨深遇",而为亡者讳。由知名书家郭承嘏手笔上石,为其书艺风采之定格展示。
The newly unearthed epitaphs of Tang Dynasty Prime Minister Zhao Zongru in Luoyang,recounted the life of the minister,which is more detailed than the two Tang.The inscription was written by Zhao＇s disciple,Zheng Han.Though the content was quite serious,the longstanding grudges was regarded as taboo for the deceased.The inscription,which was copied on the epitaph by the well-known calligraphers Guo Cheng-gu（jia）,showed the artistic style of Guo＇s calligraphy.
