煤炭类专业大学生的专业思想问题探析

Study on the Professional Ideas ofCoal Specialty College Students in China

当前,我国处于特殊生产环境的煤炭企业,面临着人才缺乏和人才流失严重的困境,已给煤炭企业的健康发展带来了不利影响。在高校,煤炭类专业大学生对自己所学的专业和今后所从事的职业,也存有这样那样的思想问题,这严重影响着我国煤炭行业现在的发展。本文仅就该问题作初步分析,并试图找出解决该问题的对策。

At present, the coal enterprise talent team living in the specific production environment is faced with severe shortage and outflow of coal professional talents. This has already brought bad effect on the healthy development of the coal enterprise. Coal specialty college students have many kinds of ideological problems about their major and job in the future in colleges. This has already effected on the development of the coal enterprise at present. This paper aims at analysing the problems and try to find out the solutions.
