向家坝升船机工程高精度平面控制网设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 为给向家坝升船机工程提供高精度施工基准,以其平面控制网的布设为例,通过分析与计算,认为传统控制网布设方案应该改变,提出基于施工坐标系的布设方案:在施工坐标系下布设升船机平面控制网;通过控制网的联测复现升船机施工坐标系和发现控制网整体变形;通过控制网的复测发现控制网点的局部变形,保证整个工程的施工基准统一在升船机施工平面坐标系下。基于VC++平台实现控制网模拟分析,平面控制网精度达0.5 mm,表明基于施工坐标系的平面控制网布设方案满足工程要求。该案例对类似大型复杂工程的控制网布设具有重要的理论和实际意义。 To provide the high-precision engineering reference to Xiangjiaba ship lift,taking the design of the horizontal control network as an example,and through analysis and calculation,it is considered that the traditional design method of the horizontal control network should be changed,thus to propose a new method based on the construction coordination system: establishing the plane control network based on the construction coordination system;repeating the construction coordination system of ship lift and finding the overall deformation of the control network by connection measurement;finding the local deformation of the control network by replication measurement,and ensuring that the entire project construction is always unified in a reference which is the construction coordination system of the ship lift.The simulation is carried out based on VC++,the horizontal control network's accuracy reaches 0.5 mm,which would show that the new method could meet the engineering requirements.The study case would have the important theoretical and practical significance for similar large and complex projects.
