农家书屋正常运行中的问题与对策探析

The Problems and Countermeasures of Normal Operation of Farm Librarie

农家书屋工程正以星火燎原之势在全国迅速推广,但是,运行资金缺乏有效保障、管理机制不够完善、书刊配置针对性不强、管理队伍不稳定、农民阅读兴趣不浓等诸多问题将会影响农家书屋功能的正常发挥。本文通过对问题的初步分析,提出了对策和建议,以促进已经建成的农家书屋功能的正常发挥,为正在建设或将要建设的农家书屋提供参考和借鉴。

The Farm Library project is being promoted across the country rapidly.However,the normal functions of Farm Libraries may be affected by such problems as inadequacy of funding for their operation,imperfect management mechanism,poor pertinency of book supplies,unsteadiness of management teams,lack of farmers＇ interest in reading,etc.Through a preliminary analysis of these aspects,this paper proposes proper precautions and makes recommendations to prevent such problems to promote the normal functions of the Farm Libraries which have already been,are being or will be built.It also provides reference to those Farm Libraries under construction.
