摘要
农村义务教育中骨干教师是学校教育生态系统中重要的生态因子之一,既有教育生态主体的内在因素影响,又离不开各种生态环境因子支持。笔者对甘肃省622名农村骨干教师现状调查发现,骨干教师专业发展水平在文凭、学历等方面显性提高;教师学力、创新意识、科研能力等隐性指标有待提升。要实现其发展,关键在于关注骨干教师自身素质的同时,构建出有利于西部农村骨干教师专业发展的教师教育机制和学习型学校组织文化,实现西部农村地区学校发展和骨干教师发展一体化,为骨干教师专业发展创设宽松、和谐、信任、合作的氛围,提供高效、系统、多样化的支持。
In the rural elementary education, core teacher is one of important factors in educational ecosystem, which is not only impacted by the intrinsic factor of school educational ecosystem, but also supported by various environmental factors. After having surveyed the current situation of 622 backbone teachers from the western province Gansu, the author finds that the diploma and degree of rural teachers have dominantly increased, while implicit indicators such as scholarship, innovative ideology, and scientific research ability and so on should be improved. The key lies in teachers' own quality, and educational system, which is benefit for professional development of core teachers and culture of learning organization so as to realize the integration of the development of both school and teacher, the atmosphere of loose and harmony, trust and cooperation, the support of high efficiency, system and diversity.
