摘要 阐述了圆柱齿轮精度新国标体系中不将径向跳动作为强制性的检验项目,以及不以径向跳动与公法线长度变动的组合来控制齿轮的运动精度的理由,从理论和生产实践的角度出发,阐述了在齿轮精度设计和切齿加工中应用径向跳动的意义,给出了在贯彻圆柱齿轮精度新国标的过程中,不能舍弃径向跳动项目的结论。 This paper mainly discusses that in the new system of national standards of cylindrical gear accuracy,radial run-out will not be tested as mandatory inspection items.In addition,the variable combination of the radial run-out and the base tangent length will also not served as the reason for the controlling of gear precision movement.From the perspective of theory and practice,this paper also elaborates the significance in the designing of the gear precision and the machining of the gear cutting as well as the application of radial run-out.Therefore,it is concluded that in the process of the implementation of new national standards of cylindrical gear accuracy,the items of radial run-out should not be abandoned.
