Fine assembly process,process parameters and process control method can be fixed by means of using automatic monitoring and control device such as pressure sensors,grating feet,electric screw machines,PLC to study on assembly technology and monitoring technology.The study results are used in new investment assembly line.Practice proves that the process is maturely reliable,the product quality is effective guaranteed,and the production management ability is improved.
