Studies on the Index System and Method to Evaluate the Performance of the Equipment-purchasing Contract

通过对承制单位装备购置合同履行涵义和概念模型的分析,建立了评价指标体系,提出了一种新的评价方法,指标体系涵盖条件、过程、结果这3个维度,评价方法将主观与客观相结合,并尽量体现横向差异,对开展评价工作具有一定的现实意义。

By the analysis on meaning and concept model of the equipment-purchasing contract performance,the article builds the index system to evaluate the performance of the contract and put forward a new evaluating method.The index system covers condition,process and result,the evaluating method combines subjective with objective factor and tries to reflect the difference between objects,which is important to the practice of evaluation.
