A Study on the Practice of the WKB Diathesis Developing Training in Higher Vocational School

WKB素质拓展作为一种亲身体验式的学习方式得到社会认可,许多高职院校都将该内容引入高职体育教学中。在实际推行过程中,如何能够更贴近高职学生自身发展需求?通过个案研究,从一线参与者角度对WKB素质拓展开展现状进行调查研究,分析师生的实际需求,使WKB训练能够更有针对性的助推学生职业能力的提升。

WKB diathesis developing, as a learning-by-doing method, has been widely accepted by society and many vocational schools have employed it in physical education. But in the practice of this method, how to adjoin the students＇ self development needs？ Through case studies, this paper made an investigation of the current situation of the WKB development training, analyzed the actual demand of students and teachers, so that it can promote better orientation for students in occupational ability.
