古诺双寡头模型视角下创新型厂商专利许可策略研究

Patent Licensing Strategies of Innovative Firms in Cournot Duopoly

知识经济时代,专利已成为企业竞争优势的主要来源。专利许可作为企业专利战略的核心内容,其在学界、业界受到了广泛的关注。在古诺双寡头模型下,研究了一个创新型厂商技术转让的最佳专利许可策略,为我国制定专利许可政策提供有益的借鉴,提出了今后研究方向的建议。

In the era of knowledge economy, patents have become a key source of competitive advantage of companies. Patent licensing, as the core content of the corporate patent strategy, has been widely concerned by the academia and the industry. This paper studies optimal patent licensing under Cournot duopoly where technology transfer takes place from an innovative firm. It can help China make relevant patent policies. This paper provides a direction of the future study.
