浅论英语专业学生对英语文学学习的专业责任感——以西昌学院外国语学院调查为例

Preliminary Analysis on Major Responsibility of Learning Literature in English for the Students of English Major——An Example of Investigation Research at School of Foreign Languages in Xichang College

自20世纪90年代以来,在高校英语专业教育中,英语文学类课程教学在较大程度上有被忽视的倾向。这一问题已引起了外语界的重视。对于英语专业的学生来说,英语文学是一门非常重要的课程,也是英语专业高年级学生所必修的一门课程。调查发现,对英语文学学习的重视度有待提高,学生的专业责任感也需要加强。本文对调查进行了简要的分析,以强化英语专业学生的专业责任感理念。

Since 1990s,through the college education in English major,literature in English has the tendency that has been neglected in great degree. This issue has caused the attention of the foreign languages department. Literature in English is a very important course for the students of English major. It is a compulsory course for the senior students of English major. Through the investigation,it is found that the attention of learning literature in English at school of foreign languages should be improved,and major responsibility of learning literature in English should be strengthened. This paper briefly analyzes the results of a few investigations so that it could strengthen the idea of students＇major responsibility.
