Highly qualified teachers play an extremely important role in the high level of education and cultivation of excellent students. In order to cultivate qualified talents, college English teachers of non- English major post-graduates should qualify themselves in the following aspects： high proficiency of languages; affective competence and charming personalities, a good command of both Chinese and foreign cultures, and the ability to explore and create new and practical teaching methods.
