摘要
法学实践教学是法学教育的重要组成部分,根据独立学院培养高素质应用型法律专门人才的目标,法学实践教学应侧重于法律职业能力训练。文章结合浙江理工大学科技与艺术学院教学现状,分析目前独立学院法学实践教学中存在的问题,并提出相应完善的措施。
Practice teaching of law is an important part of legal education. According to application-oriented goals of independent colleges＇s yllabus, law practice in the legal profession should focus on teaching training students. In combination with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Independent College＇s teaching, the paper analyses the current issues of practice teaching of law in independent colleges and proposes appropriate measures to address them.
