摘要
在对高职院校校企合作促进机制的内涵进行分析界定的基础上,从政策、制度、文化及校企合作运行机制本身的完善等四方面,提出构成高职院校校企合作促进机制的四大组成部分,即完善的政策机制、健全的制度机制、校企融合的文化机制及高效的运行机制等,以期对改善当前高职院校校企合作的不良状况具有一定的指导作用。
Based on the analysis of the the mechanism of promoting the College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,this thesis proposes four components by studing from the four aspects of policy,system,culture and improvement on the operating mechanism of the college-enterprise cooperation,which constitutes the whole of the mechanism of promoting the College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,such as completed policy mechanisms,improved institutional mechanisms,concordant cultural mechanisms and effective operating mechanisms of college-enterprise cooperation,hoping to be helpful in improving the poor situation of the College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.
