论欠发达地区中职“校企合作”与学生本地就业——基于中等职业学校服务地方经济发展的思考

On School-enterprise Cooperation and Local Employment in the Secondary Vocational Schools of Developing Areas

欠发达地区中等职业学校"校企合作"缺失,导致毕业生当地就业率低,使中等技能型人才流失,制约了当地经济建设,影响了中等职业学校的发展。通过中职"校企合作"与学生本地就业关系分析,提出了提高学生当地就业率的对策。

Owing to the lack of ＂ school-enterprise cooperation＂ in the secondary vocational schools of developing area,the students＇ employment rate is not high.Accordingly,that the skilled talents drain out of such areas greatly restricts both local economic construction and the development of the schools.This article analyzes the relationship between ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ and local employment in the secondary vocational schools,pointing out the countermeasures to improve the local employment rate among those secondary students.
