技术本科教育在我国发展时间较短,对由谁、如何确定技术本科教育人才培养目标尚不清晰。随着经济社会的发展,将会有越来越多的地区需要技术本科教育,技术本科教育目前正处于重要的发展机遇期。从技术本科教育人才培养目标定位的内涵出发,探讨技术本科教育人才培养目标定位的主体和原则。

Technical undergraduate education is not clear that who should be included and what should be done to determine the goals of talents.There will be more and more areas need it with the development of society and economy.Therefore,it is in an important development period now.They＇re discussed in this paper such as the connotation of Technical undergraduate education,the ones who should participate in to determine the education goals and which principles should be abide by in this process.
