Group Counseling: New Orientation to the Class Construction of Vocational Colleges

职业教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,招生规模的扩大和学生心理问题的增多越来越呼唤一种高效的心理辅导模式。立足于现实需要,以职业院校的班级建设为支点,通过分析团体心理辅导在职业院校班级建设中的重要性和可行性,尝试将团体心理辅导的思想和模式引用到职业院校的班级建设中,提供相关建议,希望能够对职业院校的教学管理和学生培养提供帮助。

Along with the rise of behavioral therapy group and personal focus groups,group counseling got quick popularization and developments which began in the 20th century after the Second World War.In the 1990 s,the group psychological counseling was introduced into China,the mainland of psychological consultation workers discussed from different group psychological guidance to the influence of the university students＇ psychological quality through some practice and study.Practice shows that the group psychological guidance obtained satisfactory effects in improving college students＇ psychological problems in the short term.As an important part of the education system,vocational education in China calls for a highly efficient psychological guidance mode with the scale expansion of its recruitment and the increase of students＇ psychological problems.This paper based on the realistic need of vocational college class construction,through analyzing the importance and feasibility of the group psychological counseling in vocational colleges class construction,,trying to introduce the group psychological guidance thoughts and model to the class construction of vocational college,providing relevant suggestions,in hopes of doing some helps to vocational college teaching management and students cultivation.
