摘要
目的探讨血压正常高值者动态动脉硬化指数与TNF-α的关系。方法选择体检者352例,依据血压水平分为3组:正常血压组110例,正常高值组105例,高血压组137例。入选者进行24 h动态血压监测,计算动脉硬化指数。采用放射免疫法测定TNF-α水平,进行相关分析。结果正常高值组TNF-α及动脉硬化指数[(44.21±9.81)pg/ml,0.42±0.13]高于正常血压组[(26.91±12.35)pg/ml,0.36±0.15],低于高血压组[(59.74±23.38)pg/ml,0.49±0.12],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。正常高值组血浆TNF-α水平与动脉硬化指数呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,动脉硬化指数与TNF-α相关(标准回归系数=0.272,P<0.01)。结论血压正常高值者动脉硬化指数与TNF-α相关,炎症参与了高血压前期动脉硬化的形成。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ambulatory arterial stiffness index (AASI) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in prehypertensive persons. Methods One hundred normotensives and one hundred and six prehypertensive persons were recruited, while one hun- dred and thirty-eight hypertensive persons were enrolled. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was carried out in the three groups, respectively, and AASI was computed. Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was measured using radioimmunity kits. Results TNF-α and AASI in prehypertensives,were higher than that in normotensives, while lower than that in hypertensives (P 0.01). The level of TNF-α was positively correlated with AASI in prehypertensives(r= 0. 513, P〈0.01). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that AASI still correlated with TNF-a(β= 0. 272, P〈0. 01). Conclusion AASI was correlated with TNF-α. Inflammation was relevant to the development of arterial stiffness in prehypertensive persons.
