摘要
对汽车后桥主减速器典型工况下的动力学进行了仿真分析。以某厂汽车后驱动桥为研究对象,完成实体模型创建并导入到MSC-Adams中建立后桥刚体虚拟样机模型,并结合该车后桥的具体工作情况,选取符合驱动桥传动的碰撞接触参数、约束和负载,完成了在打滑或冰面、转弯、直线倒车等工况下的动力学仿真分析。为在设计阶段实现降低车辆后桥主减速器的振动,进一步对驱动桥的振动特性的研究和优化设计,提供技术支持。
This paper performed the dynamic simulation analysis of automobile rear axle main reducer under typical operation condition.Taken a kind of selected rear axle as research object,we established an entity model and imported it to MSC-Adams to establish the rear axle rigid virtual prototype model.Combined with the concrete working condition of rear axle,we selected the contact parameters,constraints and loads suitable for rear axle transmission,and completed the dynamic simulation analysis under the conditions such as load in skid or ice,turning,linear reversing and so on.The research provided a technical support for reducing rear axle vibration in the design stage,further for research and optimal design of vibration characteristics of automobile driving axle.
