浅论新生代农民工价值观的嬗变

On the Change of Values of Immigrant Farmer Workers of New Generations

随着我国市场经济的不断发展,蓬勃发展的城市化建设对农民工资源产生了更多的需求,农民工是我国进行社会主义市场经济建设的坚实力量,是新时期最有战斗力的劳动大军,是工人阶级的重要组成部分,近些年来,新生代的80后甚至90后农民工大量的涌现,这些新生代农民工的价值观与上一代农民工相比值存在着很大的差异,加强对于新生代农民工价值观嬗变的研究,对我国建设和谐社会、推进三农事业建设有着高度的战略意义。

Along with the unceasing development of China＇s market economy, vigorous development of urbanization construction has more demands for immigrant farmer workers who have already become the major work force of the socialist market economy construction, and at the same time the important part of working class. In recent years, immigrant farmer workers of new generations of 1980s and 1990s have swarmed into cities and they have different values from the earlier generations. Therefore, it is of strategic significance for the construction of a harmonious society and promotion of development of farmers, farming and rural areas to study the change of values of new generations of immigrant farmer workers.
