Chemical Constituents Analysis of Mahonia fortunei

用乙酸乙酯对狭叶十大功劳茎叶的乙醇提取物进行萃取,萃取液浓缩后经反复的硅胶柱、凝胶柱层析分离纯化得到5个化合物,并通过理化性质和TLC、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS分析,鉴定化合物结构分别为小檗碱(Ⅰ)、药根碱(Ⅱ)、5’-甲氧基大风子品D(Ⅲ)、木犀草素(Ⅳ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)。其中5’-甲氧基大风子品D(Ⅲ)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Five compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extraction from ethanol extraction of stems and leaves of Mahonia fortunei,and purified by silica-gel and sephadex column chromatography.The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis（TLC,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS）.Five compounds were identified as berberine（Ⅰ）,jatrorrhizine（Ⅱ）,5＇-Methoxyhydnocarpin-D（Ⅲ）,lutelin（Ⅳ） and β-sitosterol（Ⅴ）.5＇-Methoxyhydnocarpin-D（Ⅲ） was isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
