外源基因在减毒沙门氏菌载体中的遗传稳定性和表达

摘要 减毒沙门氏菌接种机体后,能够诱导自身及所携带的外源基因免疫,是具有前景的重组疫苗。文章简要介绍了减毒沙门氏菌菌株及外源抗原基因表达产物的免疫应答,重点讨论了提高外源基因在沙门氏菌中的稳定性和表达量这两方面问题。 After inoculation of attenuated Salmonella to organisms,immune response would be induced by both Salmonella and the carried exogenous genes,so that the attenuated Salmonella is considered as a promising recombinant vaccine.The article briefly introduce the attenuated Salmonella and the immune response caused by the expressing product of the exogenous gene,and also focus on the improvement in the stability and expression level of exogenous gene in Salmonella.
