摘要 建设高等教育强国,创新教育理念是关键。中国古代的"求是""致用"与西方的"尊学""崇术"的教育理念都揭示出治学的两条道路。回顾中外高等教育的发展历史,"是"与"用"的分离和统合贯穿其间。大学的发展既有适应国家社会发展、服务经济建设的一般规律,又有适应科学探究、人才成长、知识传承的自身发展规律。追求真理、服务社会,以自身的人文精神培养学生,在历史和现实中体现大学精神,将"趣在求是、学以致用"视为中国高等教育发展理念的重要内容。 Constructing the big power in higher education, the key is to innovating the concept of education. Both the ancient Chinese educational concepts of "seeking the truth" and "implementing in practice" and the western countries" concepts of "respecting learning" and "worshiping scholarship" have revealed the two roads of pursuing academic research. The history of higher education development home and abroad has witnessed the separation and integration of "truth" and "implementation". The development of university has not only possessed the general law of the university to adapt to the development of state social development and serve economic construction, but also the self-development law of the university to adapt to science exploration, talent cultivation and knowledge inheritance. To cultivate the student with the humanistic spirit via pursuing truth and serving society, to manifest the spirit of university in history and reality, and to seek truth with interest and implement in practice will be regarded as the important contents of the concept in higher education development of China.
