高频振荡通气联合一氧化氮吸入治疗新生儿难治性呼吸衰竭临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高频振荡通气联合一氧化氮(NO)吸入治疗新生儿难治性呼吸衰竭的效果。方法对8例常频呼吸机联合NO吸入治疗无效或效果不佳的难治性呼吸衰竭患儿,采用高频振荡呼吸机联合NO吸入治疗,观察治疗前后体循环氧合、肺动脉压力、平均动脉血压、心率、血小板等指标的变化。结果 8例患儿中7例治疗后血氧饱和度上升,循环氧合改善、肺动脉压力下降,而心率、平均动脉血压、血小板均无明显改变。结论高频振荡通气联合吸入NO能改善氧合,有效治疗新生儿重度呼吸衰竭,且未见明显副作用。 Objective To discuss the effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation united nitric oxide inhalation to treat refractory neonatal respiratory failure.Methods 8 cases of refractory neonatal respiratory failure treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation united nitric oxide inhalation,observed the change of oxygen generation,pulmonary artery pressure,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,platelet at before and after treatment.Results 7 of 8 cases get the SPO2 raise,oxygen generation improvement and pulmonary artery pressure decline after treatment,but there is no obvious change on mean arterial pressure,heart rate,platelet.Conclusions High frequency oscillatory ventilation united nitric oxide inhalation can improve oxygen generation dramatically,it is effect to treat refractory neonatal respiratory failure and have no side-effect.
