讨论了一种应用宽边耦合线技术设计和制造的功率合成器,介绍了其基本应用原理和工作模式。以一种L波段的高功率合成器为例,应用计算机CAD技术进行模拟仿真,并将仿真结果与实测结果进行了对比,结果表明,仿真结果与实测结果相差小于0.3 dB,满足使用要求。讨论了设计方法和实际应用要求之间的关系,并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。这种功率合成器在高功率合成中,具有插入损耗小、两端口相位和幅值均衡度好、功率容量大、体积小、便于装配和调试的特点,是一种很好的高功率合成方式。
A type of power combiner was introduced using broadside-coupled lines. And its basic theory and operation model were discussed. Taking the L-band power combiner for example, and it was analog simulated using CAD technique. Comparing the simulation results with the actual measurement results, the difference between them is less than 0.3 dB, and it can meet the requirements of power combining. It also concerns the relationship between its design approach and engineering applications, which achieves great results in practice. This high-power combiner demonstrates better performances in insertion loss, balance of phase and amplitude, power handling capability, small size and convenient assembling and adjusting. It's a goal method for high-power combine.
