新型低含量羟基有机-无机杂化材料的合成

Synthesis of novel low hydroxyl groups organic-inorganic hybrid materials

摘要 采用二苯基二羟基硅烷分别和两种不同的硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为先驱体,用无水溶胶-凝胶法合成出有机-无机杂化材料,将其旋涂在硅基片和石英玻璃片上得到杂化光学薄膜。用Fourier红外光谱仪和Raman光谱仪测试了薄膜的红外吸收光谱和Raman散射光谱,用Abbe折射仪和紫外-可见光-近红外分光光度计分别测试了薄膜的折射率和光透过吸收性质。结果表明:杂化材料在可见光和近红外区域的光透过率在90%以上;杂化材料的羟基含量很低。 Organic-inorganic hybrid materials were prepared by non-hydrolytic sol-gel process,using diphenylsilanediol(DPSD) with two different silane coupling agents γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane(MAPTMS) and gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTS) as precursors.The hybrid films were deposited on silicon wafers and silica glass substrates by spin-coating.The structure characteristic of the films was discussed with their Raman and infrared spectra which measured with Fourier infrared spectrometer and Raman spectrometer.Refractive index,optical absorption or transmittance of hybrid films were measured with an Abbe refractometer and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrometer,respectively.The results showed that light transmittances of the hybrid materials were approximately 90% in the visible and near infrared range.Hydroxyl groups content of the hybrid materials was very low.
