摘要
总结了我国天然林保护工程一期取得的举世瞩目的成就,同时充分认识到一期工程中存在的一些困难和突出的问题,如森林质量仍然不高,生态环境整体状况仍然脆弱,民生问题依然突出,林区经济社会发展不快等。提出要将天保二期工程的＂保生态、强民生、促改进＂主要目标落到实处,认真完成天保二期工程的多项建设任务。
The paper summed up the achievements of Phase Ⅰ of China's Nature Forest Protection Program(NFPP) that attract worldwide attention,at the same time fully aware of its difficulties and problems,such as the forest quality is still not high,the overall situation of ecological environment is still fragile,people's livelihood issues are still low,forest zone economy development is low.To put forward Phase of Ⅱ of Nature Forest Protection Program is'to protect zoology,strong people's livelihood,promoting improved' main target to the real,to complete its multinomial tasks.
