摘要
森林保险服务业在我国已经推行了将近30年,但是一直没能走出发展缓慢的困境,其原因已经有过很多的研究。文章是在集体林权制度改革的背景下,通过问卷调查的形式,采用数理统计的方法分析林户对森林保险服务的满意程度,找出我国森林保险服务业的关键以及薄弱环节,提出一些改善森林保险服务质量的政策性建议。希望能够为广大的林户提供高效的森林保险服务,以推动我国林业更好更快地发展。
Forestry insurance service has been carried out for 30 years with little advancement.There have been lots of researches about why forestry insurance service developed so slowly.The paper uses questionnaire survey to analyze the satisfaction of people toward forestry insurance.The paper finds the key and weak section on the forestry insurance service under the background of the collective forest right system reform in China and provides some basic suggestions about how to improve forestry insurance service so as to drive forestry develop more and more efficient.
