摘要
为了促进活性粉末混凝土的研究与应用,结合我国南方某在建铁路客运专线所需的活性粉末混凝土构件,对配制活性粉末混凝土的原材料及其掺量进行了探讨。结果表明:将粗石英砂与细石英砂按照适当比例混合,同时掺入适当掺合料和高效减水剂,采用混凝土常规成型方式,通过蒸汽养护甚至仅在标准养护条件下,可以生产出抗压强度不低于130 MPa的混凝土。
In order to promote the research and application of reactive powder concrete (RPC).Launches some investigation on raw materials and their contents selection based on an under-construction railway express located in South of China where RPC member is in demand.The results show that by routine modeling and steam curing or standard curing,concrete with compressive strength of higher than 130 MPa is obtainable under the premise of appropriately mixing coarse and fine quartz sand as well as incorporation of mineral admixture and efficient water-reducing agent.
