摘要
文章对一种新型海洋碱性蛋白酶的部分性质及其简单应用做了初步的研究。实验结果表明:该蛋白酶的最适pH值为9,最适作用温度为50℃,在温度低于35℃时该酶可以较好地保持酶活性,在pH值6~10的区间内也可以保持良好的酶稳定性。该酶对金属离子的耐受能力较强,Cu2+对该酶活有激活作用,与常见的增稠剂及化学试剂配伍性良好。在处理羊毛方面,该蛋白酶可以较好的水解磷脂层,而对皮质层的损害比较轻微,表现出良好的处理羊毛特性及发展潜力。
The properties of the marine alkaline protease and its use in wool treatment were studied.The result showed that the optimum temperature of the protease was 50 ℃and the optimum pH value was 9.It will be obtained a well activity low then 35 ℃ and pH value 6~10.Some metal ions,such as Cu2+,can add protease activity.Addition,this protease had a well compatibility in chemical agents and thickening.In the aspect of hydrolysis wool fiber,because this marine alkaline protease can hydrolysis the lecithoid layer and do not harm the cortical layer,this protease will bring a well development potential in wool treatment.
