摘要
测试了15种织物的KES基本力学指标,用悬垂系数等8个评价指标描述出织物的静态悬垂特性。通过分析2组数据间的相关性,得到对织物静态悬垂效果影响较大的6个KES指标,即拉伸比功WT、拉伸功回复率RT、弯曲刚度B、弯曲滞后量2HB、织物厚度T0、平均摩擦因数MIU。研究内容对拓展KES织物风格评价系统的应用以及实现对不同种类织物变形效果的计算机模拟具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,we will explain the relativity between draping property and parameters of KES system by testing 15 kinds of fabrics.Statistical method was used to get the correlation between KES parameters and 8 evaluating indicators for draping,for instance draping coefficient.Finally 6 parameters were selected as influence factor of draping with high correlation coefficient.They were tensile work WT,tensile ration RT,bending B,hysteresis of bending moment 2HB,thickness T0,mean friction coefficient MIU.The paper may be valuable to developing the application of KES system and to simulate the deformation of different fabrics.
