A Dynamic Model of Intellectual Property Value Realization

在知识经济时代,知识产权正在成为企业重要的收入来源。然而,中国企业缺乏对知识产权价值实现的认识,并面临着知识产权价值实现途径选择的难题。通过对企业内知识产权状态的分类,分别讨论了动态知识产权和静态知识产权的价值实现途径,在此基础上构建了知识产权价值实现的动态模型。该动态模型在指导企业实现知识产权价值上具有内容的全面性、过程的动态性和路径的可选择性。

Intellectual property has becoming an important source of enterprise income in the knowledge economy,while the Chinese enterprises still lack the knowledge of Intellectual Property Value Realization and face a puzzle in the realization approach selection.Based on the classification of intellectual property states,the different realization approaches of static intellectual property and dynamic intellectual property are discussed in this paper,and then a dynamic model of intellectual property value realization is proposed.With the comprehensiveness in content,dynamic in process and selectivity in approach,the model is instructive and meaningful to the Chinese enterprises in the Intellectual Property Value Realization.
