不同人群对高等中医药院校结合师承教育模式的问卷调查分析

Questionnaire on education mode integrated university education and discipular education in different groups

对江苏省十几家中医医院管理人员、临床医师、就诊患者就中医教育方式开展回顾式问卷调查。以临床中医师为对象,从医疗技术、科研能力角度反映中医药教育中院校教育与师承教育结合的人才状况。结果显示经过院校教育与师承教育相结合的复合式教育后的中医医师更能适应社会需求。理论知识、技能、经验、综合素质是中医医师成才的主要因素。

A retrospective survey about TCM education modes was carried out by questionnaire in managers,physicians and patients from a dozen TCM hospitals in Jiangsu Province.The purpose is to investigate the personnel trained by university education combining discipular education in TCM education from the aspects of medical skills and research ability.The results showed that TCM physicians trained by combined education adapted better to social requirements.The important factors for becoming a competent TCM physician included theory knowledge,skills,experience and comprehensive quality.
