摘要
调查表明新一轮基础教育课程改革中,课程执行不容乐观,国家课程方案在学校层面并没有得到有效的执行,因此,课程执行是实现课程改革目标的前提。进一步分析发现学校领导的法规执行能力、健全的课程执行机制、课程领导能力及课程方案本身的质量是影响课程执行效果不佳的主要原因,深入揭示影响课程执行的因素对提高课程执行效果、实现课程改革目标具有积极意义。
Investigation shows execution of curriculum(EC) is not so good in the new basic education curriculum reform. The curriculum program of the state has been found not to be executed effectively in the schools, therefore , EC is the precondition to realize the goals of curriculum reform. Further analysis found the maim factors which affect the effect of EC are the ability of schoolmasters' laws and regulations execution, the fight mechanism of EC, masters' ability of curriculum leadship and quality of the curriculum program. To reveal the of factors of affecting EC has active meanings to raise EC effect and realize the goals of curriculum reform.
