论语文教师儿童文学素养的现状及培养策略

摘要 儿童文学在当代语文教育中,正在扮演越来越重要的角色。儿童文学已成为小学语文课堂教学的主要资源。无疑,语文教师的儿童文学素养的高低,直接影响着学生对语文的学习和文学素养的形成。针对当前语文教师儿童文学素养低下的现状,每一位语文教师都应自觉地提升自身的儿童文学素养,同时教育界和社会相关职能部门也应共同努力相互配合,创设一个良好的儿童文学环境,保证儿童文学教学效果的实现。 Children's literature is playing an increasingly important role in the contemporary Chinese language education. Children' s literature has become the major resource of elementary school' s Chinese language teaching. Undoubtedly, the standards of language teachers' literary attainmentsdirectly influence the students' Chinese learning and cultivation of literary attainments. In connection with the current situation that Chinese language teachers have low status of literary attainments, language teachers should be conscious of promotion of their own children' s literature attainments, whilethe education sector and the related functional socialdepartmentsshould work together and interact with each other, to create a good environment for children' s literature, to ensure the realization of children' s literature teaching effectiveness.
