摘要
评价应走进学生的内心世界,使之成为学生的自身需要,更具有实效性。上海师范大学附属中学通过设计、运作和学生自我评价体系的载体——“记实、写真、集优”的“我的成长包”的操作实践,提出了对学生评价必须转变观念,以多元的、全面的素质提高为标准,重视过程性评价的观点。强调评价的主体是学生,评价的关键是要求教师用发展的眼光看待每一位学生,评价的原则应体现自主性、过程性、多元性、尊重性和激励性。
The article presents the operation and experiences of "Our growing package". The production is devised by the students themselves. It contains moral behavior practice and moral appraisement system. It has three obvious characteristics : Recording the growing truth. Write down the growing pains. Collecting their growing merit. So from moral education aspect students has time space to taste life. They also have time space to choose moral lessons. In the class they have time space to think over. And after class they have time space to develop interest. So that every student can have his own freely self - determination developing time space. At the end of the article it indicates that the key of SDAS requires every teacher treat his student through a developing view. The core of SDAS is attaching enough importance to processing of education. And the principle is independent, participant, impersonal, respectful and inspiriting.
