国企绩效管理中员工公平感知现状及应对策略 被引量:5

摘要 对于面临日益激烈竞争的国有企业而言,通过员工公平感知提升以改进其绩效管理水平,在当下显得非常有意义。文章以组织公平理论为指导,从分配公平、程序公平、互动公平三个维度,对某大型国有企业省级分公司绩效管理中员工公平感知现状进行了考察,并提出了应对策略。案例分析结果显示,组织公平理论在国有企业绩效管理中仍然适用,但员工公平感知具有较大差异性。
