从外生性嵌入到内生性根植:社会工作本土化发展路径探索——以湖南社工介入四川理县灾后重建为例

From Internal Embeddedness to External Rootedness of Social Work Organizations: Explore development Path for Localization of Social Work in the Reconstruction after Disasters

5·12汶川大地震发生后,许多外生性社会工作组织与社会工作者出于职业使命与伦理良知,奔赴灾区参与抗震救灾及灾后恢复重建,在四川灾区集体亮相,显示了社会工作专业在灾后恢复重建所发挥的重要作用。在政府主导的灾后重建社会工作发展模式下,社会工作本土化的关键在于从内部挖潜。湘川情社会工作服务队通过嵌入四川理县灾后重建,在向内生性发展取得了显著的成效,探索了一条从外生性嵌入到内生性根植的社会工作本土化发展道路,为当前汶川地震后社会工作的进一步推广提供了可借鉴的路径选择。

After 5·12 Earthquake,Many internal social work organizations and social workers for professional and ethical mission of conscience have been rushed to the disaster area in earthquake relief and post-disaster reconstruction,showing the social work profession in the post-disaster restoration and reconstruction of the important role.The government-led reconstruction of social work development mode,the localization of social work is the key to tapping the potential from interior.Xiang Chuan Qing Social Work Teams embedded in Li County,Sichuan by the reconstruction has achieved remarkable results at aspect of the internal development and explored the localization of the path of development of social work from internal embeddedness to external rootedness of social work organizations.It provides a reference to further promoting the current social work after the Wenchuan earthquake.
