“蚁族”产生原因及其生活状况初探

Study of the Causes and the Living Situation of the Ant Tribe

为了解社会新群体"蚁族"的产生原因和生活现状,研究者使用定性研究方法,对9名不同地区具有"蚁族"性质的个人进行了访谈研究。研究发现如下结论:学历知识构成对"蚁族"产生具有重要影响;父母对"蚁族"影响较小,而原籍与"蚁族"的产生有一定相关性;"蚁族"生存现状普遍较差,但是具有地区间差异;他们就业观念较开放,大都选择自己所喜欢的就业领域等。

In order to understand the causes and the living situation of the ant tribe,the researcher use the qualitative research method.Nine people from different regions received the interview.Finding the following conclusion： the education knowledge constitute have a significant effect.Parents effect them litter,and the origin is correlated with their choice.The living situations are generally poor.But with regional differences.Holding a more open employment concept;most of them choose their own favorite areas of employment and so on.
