夏秋季留养对茶树叶片糖分含量及抗寒生理指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以8a生"龙井43"为试材,探讨不同夏、秋季留养处理对茶树叶片糖分积累的影响,进而研究糖分积累对茶树抗寒性的影响。结果表明:夏季留养有利于秋季茶树叶片可溶性糖和淀粉含量的增加,秋季留养有利于茶树叶片还原性糖和双糖含量的增加,夏季留养有利于提高茶树体内秋季总糖分的积累;夏季留养处理的茶树冬季叶片细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛含量相对较低,脯氨酸和谷胱甘肽含量相对较高,表明夏季留养有利于增加茶树的越冬抗寒能力。 Eight-year-old 'Longing43' tea plants were used as material, the effects of different keeping raising treatments on the accumulation of sugars in tea leaves were studied, and the effects of accumulation of sugars on their cold resistance were investigated. The results showed that it was helpful to increase the contents of soluble sugar, starch and total sugar by keeping raising in summer. And it was helpful to increase the contents of reducing sugar and disaccharide. For the effects on cold resistance, the contents of MDA and electrionic permeability were relatively low and the contents of proline and glutathione were relatively high by keeping rasing in summer which was benefit to strengthen the cold resistanceduring the winter.
