人际信任与其影响因素关系的模型建构

本研究以自编"人际信任影响因素问卷"为工具,对国内某高校学生进行测验,得到549个有效样本,采用SPSS和AMOS软件对数据进行相关分析和路径分析,最终得到拟合度指标好,且相对有效的简约模型。模型的x2/df和RMSEA分别为1.954和0.042,NNFI和CFI分别为0.926和0.980。该模型显示:被信任者的能力是影响理性信任和感性信任的关键因素;理性信任主要受被信任者能力的影响,而感性信任则受到被信任者能力、正直、双方的相似程度及信息的传递等多种因素共同作用的影响;正直显著地影响感性信任;相似程度、信息的传递通过正直的中介作用,对感性信任的产生正向预测。

The study is base on the questionnaires named ＂Survey of interpersonal relationships＂,after pretest;the survey returns 549 useful questionnaires copies eventually in one college in Guangdong.The data was analyzed through relationship analysis and path analysis by SPSS and AMOS.A model was built through comparing models.The model was confirmed excellent model with good fit indices and simple,which x2/df and RMSEA were 1.954 and 0.042,NNFI,and CFI were 0.926 and 0.980.The model shows that ability is the key factor for rational and emotional trust and the rational trust is main affected by the ability of trustee while emotional trust is affected by multiple factors including integrity of the trustee,each similarity and information transmission.It also reveals that integrity correlation with emotional trust significantly while no statistical significance with rational trust and information transmission and similarity were indirect influence on emotional trust through the intermediary from integrity.
