摘要
本文主要研究了有机肥料全氮测定方法比较实验。实验结果表明:以H2SO4-H2O2代替定氮标准法中混合催化剂的改进法Ⅰ和H2SO4-HCLO4消煮的改进法Ⅱ两种方法进行消煮后与定氮标准法测定结果相比差异不显著,且两种改进方法均优于标准定氮法,特别是改进方法Ⅱ简便易行,省工省时,易操作等优点,是一种快速有效的测定有机肥中全氮测定方法。
This paper studies the determination of organic nitrogen fertilizer comparison experiments. The results showed that： the H2SO4-H2O2 instead of fixed nitrogen in the mixed catalyst Standards Act Improvement Act I and H2SO4-HCL04 II digestion improved method for elimination of two ways boiled and set the standard method of nitrogen was not significant compared with the results, And two improved methods are better than the standard for nitrogen determination, in particular, improve the method II is simple, labor-saving, easy operation, etc. and a fast and effective organic fertilizer in the determination of total nitrogen determination.
