摘要 真核生物体内蛋白质表达后均需经过一系列的修饰过程才能发挥作用,主要包括腺苷二磷酸(ADP)核糖基化、乙酰化、磷酸化、糖基化等。ADP-核糖基化是蛋白质翻译后的重要修饰方式之一,分为单-ADP-核糖基化,聚-ADP-核糖基化2种,其与染色质的功能与调节、肿瘤的发生、细胞死亡、
