摘要
为了优化脱硫液中硫酸镁结晶回收的控制条件,将经过处理的现场脱硫液放入5 L夹套反应器中进行冷却结晶的单因素试验和正交试验,发现溶液冷却速率在7℃/h,搅拌速度为40 r/min,结晶温度为20℃,硫酸镁质量分数为34%时,一次结晶率为53%、晶体粒径0.45 mm。此条件下得到的结晶基本符合工业标准。
In order to optimize control conditions of the crystallization recovery of magnesium sulfate in desulfurization liquid,the treated desulfurization liquid is putted into 5 L jacket reactor to conduct cooling crystallization of the single factor and orthogonal tests.It is found that when cooling rate of the solution is 7℃/h,stirring rate is 40 r/min,crystallization temperature is 20℃ and mass fraction of magnesium sulfate is 34%,the first crystal yield is 53% and the crystal size is 0.45 mm.With these conditions,the crystallization corresponds the industry standards.
