摘要
空化射流清洗技术通过控制压力、流速等参数使水流束经过空化喷嘴时产生大量的空化泡,空化泡在材料表面狭小区域内溃灭产生高达140~170MPa的微射流冲击,实现对水下设施的清洗。在清洗机理、保护防腐层、效率和耗能4个方面分析了空化射流清洗技术相对于高压水清洗技术的优势:高效、安全、节能、不破坏防腐层。采用空化射流清洗技术成功地对印度尼西亚某海底采油井的采油树接口适配器、液压阀、导向盘等设施进行清洗。该技术在海洋石油结构物、海底石油设施、船舶、海岸工程的清洗行业中,具有广阔的应用前景和发展空间。
By controlling pressure,velocity and other parameters based on cavitation jet cleaning technology,a lot of cavitation bubbles are formed when water beam goes through cavitation nozzle.Cavitation bubbles will collapse in a narrow area of material surface and produce a micro-jetting impact as high as 140-170 MPa,which realizes the cleaning for underwater facilities.This technology is compared with the high-pressure water cleaning technology in cleaning mechanism,coating protection,eff iciency and energy consumption.Results show that the cavitation jet cleaning technology has the following advantages such as high efficiency,safety,energy saving and coating safety.In the submarine Christmas tree cleaning project of Indonesia,the cavitation jet cleaning technology was successfully used in cleaning the joint adapter,hydraulic valves,positioning disc and other facilities.Prospect and future development for this technology in cleaning industry of offshore structures,undersea oil facilities,ships,coastal engineering and so on can be seen.
