连续环形撕囊术在小切口白内障手术中的应用价值

The study of the application of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis in small incision cataract surgery

目的 将连续环形撕囊术应用于小切口白内障手术,探讨其临床应用价值.方法 局麻下对242例白内障患者（264眼）行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术,术中应用连续环形撕囊术,术后随访1个月,观察疗效.结果 264眼中231眼（87.5%）顺利完成连续环形撕囊,均成功地将晶状体核自囊袋旋至前房,并顺利植入折叠式人工晶状体,未见严重并发症.术后1个月随访时,187眼矫正视力≥0.5,占随访眼的80.9%（187/231）.结论 连续环形撕囊术的应用可提高小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术的成功率,减少并发症,获得与超声乳化白内障摘除术相近的临床效果.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the application of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis in small incision cataract surgery. Methods 242 cases （264 eyes） underwent small incision non - phacoemulsification cataract extraction under local anesthesia in patients with cataract. Continuous eurvilinear eapsulorhexis was implemented in the operation. Follow - up was conducted for 1 month postoperatively to assess the therapeutic efficacy. Results Continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis was successfully implemented in 231 of 264 eyes （87.5%）. All the lens nuclei were successfully spun from the capsular bag to the anterior chamber and foldable intraocnlar lens （IOL） were implanted smoothly. No serious complications were observed. 1 - month postoperative follow - up showed corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 in 187 cases （80.9%, 187/231 ）. Conclusions The application of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis is able to enhance the success rate of small incision non - phacoemulsification cataract surgery and reduce the complications, with effect similar to that of phacoemulsification cataract surgery.
