The effect of etomidate on the anoxia endurance in mice

摘要 目的观察依托咪酯对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水或依托咪酯(10mg·k-1)10min后,测定小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧张Ll喘气时间。结果依托咪酯能延长小鼠的常压耐缺氧存活时间(P〈0.05)、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间(P〈0.01)和急性脑缺血性缺氧张口喘气时间(P〈0.01)。结论依托咪酯能提高小鼠耐缺氧能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of etomidate on the anoxia endurance in mice. Methods Intraperitoneal injection of normal saline or etomidate ( 10mg·k-1) was administrated in mice. Ten minutes later, the survival duration of mice was measured in anoxic test under normal air pressure and nitrite poisoning test, and the gasp duration in acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia test was also recorded. Results Etomidate prolonged the survival duration of mice in anoxic test under normal air pressure (P 〈 0.05 ) and nitrite poisoning test (P 〈 0.01 ) as well as the gasp duration of mice in acute cerebral isehemic hypoxia test (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Etomidate can enhance anoxia endurance in mice.
